Where do you ship to?We currently ship to U.S.A. ONLY.
If you wish to have your items shipped in a different way or to a different country, please contact us at help@sarablaine.com for further shipping quotes.
How we handle returns and repairs?Damages, shortages and defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please keep all original packaging for 10 days after damage is reported. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 10 day period.
Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, less original shipping and handling and return shipping charges. Please allow for 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you would like to return or exchange any items please email help@sarablaine.com & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days.
Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.
Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns or exchanges.
Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged and with original packaging.
We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) (manufacturer defects only) returned to us that are unused.
Any products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for exchange, return or repair. All sale or Promo items are FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchange will be accepted.
