Upon Receipt of Shipment

After your order is delivered, please immediately inspect all items to confirm that the product received matches the product listed on your packing slip, and is free of damage or defect. It is extremely important to notify Sara Blaine of any issues within 48 hours of the package received.

    Customer Refund

    We offer a *limited 100%, 10-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee on retail purchases. To request a refund, you must contact Sara Blaine (postmaster@sarablaine.com) or the appropriate dealer within 10 days of the date your item shipped. 100% of the retail price plus tax will be refunded to you. Please note that Shipping and Handling are non-refundable for this type of return. To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the sellable condition in its original packaging along with proof of purchase. Please see the Refund & Exchange. Exceptions below.

    Defective Product Returns

    Since only your Sara Blaine dealer can service a return for you, you must contact her/him as soon as you discover that your item is defective. All items must be returned in original packaging along with proof of purchase.

    Refund Exceptions

    There are no refunds on items reported as missing or damaged. Missing or damaged items will be replaced with the same item without exception

    Note: Any items received at our Return Center without authorization may be delayed and may carry additional fees. You must contact your Representative to obtain a Return Authorization.

    Limited One Year Warranty

    The Company offers a Limited One Year Warranty against manufacturer’s defect.
    Items will be replaced with the same item, or if the item is not available, one of equal or greater value will be substituted.

    Not Considered Defects (Do Not Qualify for Return or Exchange)

    • Normal wear
    • Lost items
    • Any breakage after 90 days
    • Clasp or mechanism failure after 90 days
    • Metal discoloration including tarnishing
    • Variation in color of metals, finishes or stones
    • Stone flaws and inclusions inherent in the natural beauty of the variety
    • Single earrings without matching set
    • Worn plating after 90 days
    • Lost earring backs

     *All items on sale will be final and no returns will be accepted.
